During a short half-hour session, you can show us the proposal you’ve received and the work that’s been done so far. We’ll review everything with you, explain it in simple terms, and let you know whether the pricing and services are reasonable.

With thousands of marketing tools already out there, and hundreds more launching every month, it would be impossible for us to have working knowledge of every single one. As part of our privacy policy, coaching sessions are conducted by phone only. We don’t use video during calls.

Upon booking your coaching session, you’ll fill out a brief form describing what you need help with. This helps prevent the likelihood of a wasted session. In the unlikely event that your questions can’t be answered, you will be issued a full refund.
Is there anything else I should know before booking a phone session?
Here are a few suggestions to get the most out of your session:
• If you’re using a cell phone, be in an area that has a strong signal.
• Try to be in a quiet environment without background noise (dogs barking, people talking, TV playing, etc.).
• When the consultant asks questions, avoid overly detailed or drawn-out answers. It’s best to keep your responses brief. From the form you filled out initially, he’ll already have a basic idea of what you need help with.
